Ivarene Brickman
Ivarene Brickman , age 96 of Big Rapids died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, January 4, 2010,
at Birchwood Nursing Home in Traverse City, going to be with her Lord and Savior.
She was born on August 26, 1913 in Stockbridge, Michigan the daughter of Edward and Sarah(Wilson) Proctor.
Her family will greatly miss her, but rejoice that she is with her beloved husband, Eddie who proceeded her in death in 1993.
Surviving are two sons, Gary (Julie) Brickman, formerly of Big Rapids, Ralph (Lori) Brickman of Traverse City,
Six grandchildren, Lana (Kim) Schwarz, John Brickman, Laura and Michelle Degear, Scott (Johanna) Brickman,
Elicia (Jason) Tapani and five great grandchildren, Sylvie and Ruben Brickman, Aleena, Emma and Maja Tapani.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the Mohnke Funeral Home with Pastor David Frees officiating. Her family will greet friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. prior to service time.
