Timothy Scott Misenar
Big Rapids- Timothy S. Misenar, Age 39 of Big Rapids passed away Wednesday, October 21 2009. He was born May 5, 1970 in Lansing, Michigan. Tim is survived by his loving family who will always remember their “Teddy Bear”; parents Burm and Jean Misenar of Big Rapids, brothers Steve of Big Rapids and Eric (Kristen) of Chesterfield, Michigan, grandparents John and Ruby Vermilya of Cathedral City, CA, grandmother Mary Jane Misenar of Canadian Lakes, nephews Andrew, Blake and Dakota and niece Cheri, Aunts and Uncles, Julie and Gary Bracken, Jane and Stan VanDyke, and Janet Tiefry, numerous cousins, and also his beloved dog “Lumpy”. He was preceeded in death by his grandfather, Dr. Burman J. Misenar. One of Tim’s special interests was NASCAR and watching Jeff Gordon race. A private family service will be held at the Mohnke Funeral Home where memorials may be left to the charity of your choice.

Tim was a very special nephew to us. We will miss him but he will be remembered often. He made us laugh. He loved dogs just like we do. He enjoyed working with his tools and was good at fixing things. When he was little he loved going to the park in East Lansing near the river. He loved riding in our car (even though he got a goose egg when we slammed on our brakes), loved climbing trees, loved running around and playing games, loved being with his family.
